The current beta uses test assets. Its market mechanics are experimental, and test performance is not evidence of future returns.
DevNet assets have no monetary value
tUSD, recording tokens and DevNet SOL are testing assets. Do not treat displayed test balances as cash, earnings or redeemable funds. Mainnet trading is not enabled.
Prices and liquidity can change
Trading demand changes prices. Execution can incur price impact, and a displayed spot price is not a promise that an entire position can be sold at that price. Slippage limits can cause a transaction to fail instead of settling at a worse price.
Software and data can fail
Wallets, networks, external metadata services, image providers and indexers can be delayed or unavailable. Transactions may fail. Quotes expire. Beta behavior and test data may change as the product develops.
Protect your wallet
Verify the website and the network in your wallet. Review each transaction request. Never provide a seed phrase or private key. CHART authentication uses a wallet message signature; trading requires a separate transaction approval.

Tokens do not represent music copyrights, royalties or artist equity. No return is guaranteed, and no artist endorsement is implied. A future Mainnet product would require separate finalized launch terms.
