What a token represents
A transferable CHART market token represents a position in that recording’s independent market. It does not grant copyright, master rights, publishing rights, streaming royalties, an ownership share in a song or equity in an artist.
No artist endorsement is implied
Catalogue inclusion, a photograph, album artwork or a market listing does not mean an artist or rightsholder has endorsed CHART or participates in its program. CHART does not claim ownership of referenced music.
Catalogue and image sources
MusicBrainz supplies recording, artist and album metadata. Spotify supplies artist profile photos. Cover Art Archive, TheAudioDB and configured artwork providers supply album and song image references. Source attribution appears where available. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Rightsholder reserves
A reserve is an earmarked market balance, not a payment to a named artist. Verified rights and distribution rules are separate from catalogue identity. The DevNet beta accepts evidence for review and does not enable payouts.
