What the beta processes.
You can browse public catalogue and market pages without connecting a wallet. Using wallet features creates additional authentication and transaction records.
Early access and contact
Joining the CHART Rights waitlist stores your email, selected role, consent version, and subscription status. Contact inquiries store your name, email, organization, topic, and message for the CHART team to review. We use these details for the updates or response you request. You can request removal through the contact page. No marketing email vendor is connected.
Contact CHARTWallet and session records
Connecting a wallet sends its public address and a signed authentication challenge to CHART. The service uses a session cookie to recognize the verified wallet. CHART does not ask for a private key or seed phrase.
Transactions and claims
Public wallet addresses, transactions, market state and events are processed to show balances and history. Rightsholder evidence submitted through the claim form is stored for review. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
Requests and external providers
Service requests may include IP information used in rate limits and operational logs. Search requests are sent to catalogue providers as needed. Artwork loads from third-party CDNs, which receive the browser’s request information. Wallet providers operate under their own privacy practices.
Public-chain information persists
Disconnecting clears your CHART session; it does not remove public blockchain transactions or existing review records. Do not place private information in public transactions.
